Fans of Renaissance and Annie Haslam

After listening to the album PROLOGUE recently, I thought I'd ask about something I've long wondered about.

On the chorus of "Spare Some Love," one of the backing harmonies really stands out. It's the one that seems to have an extra descending note ("why don't you share your LO-O-OVE") compared to the other parts.

This voice is obviously not Jon Camp, nor does it sound like what I know of Terry Sullivan (who, if I understand correctly, typically sang low bass parts). Would I be correct in guessing this to be John Tout? If not, then it would have to be Rob Hendry.

I don't know if anyone could answer this, but I thought I'd put it out there.
