About Me
Renaissance fan and amateur concert photographer. Currently trying to round up and restore as much historical Renaissance photographic footage as I can, especially live concert images (which is scarce!)

Contact me if you have rare photos of Renaissance that you would like to digitize and restore.
Web site (if you have one)

Renaissance fan since when?
Heard BBC Sessions on the radio in Finland in the 70s
Favorite Album
Song for All Seasons
Favorite Renaissance tone poem (aka "song")
Opening Out / Day of the Dreamer (I consider them a single epic)
First Renaissance concert
1982 Agora Ballroom, Atlanta, Camera Camera tour - first and only time, and only caught the first 3-4 songs due to girlfriend's medical emergency (tough call.) I married her anyway. Opening Out/Day of the Dreamer was breathtaking.

Also saw Annie Haslam band at Variety Playhouse in Atlanta in 1998 (see profile picture.) It was her first time performing in Atlanta since that 82 Agora Ballroom show (and last time - hopefully that will change this year!)
Did you attend the 2009-2011 tours?
No

The MG In Concert Program 1978

Finally got hold of one of these -- in fact, not one but two copies, would you believe it, from the same seller in separate transactions: a pristine one for the vault, and a slightly damaged/stained one to scan and photoshop for this presentation.

I don't know the full details, but the images and text…

Thanks Esa, I was going to put a link on my profile but now I don't need to! Will also be blogging about Annie as my new blog gets up and running (www.piersford.wordpress.com) to coincide with the Renaissance concerts this summer. I'm really hoping that they'll make it back across the Atlantic at some point!
