hi happy new year..jon will be releasing his c.d. shortly in limited production due to the fact he is pressing it himself.regards wayne.
Which one ? Cathedral or solo ?
hi,i believe he mentioned cathedral about 1month ago..he gave me this news this morning..he is also putting together his on website and might be making a video as to how his basslines fit the songs that renaissance wrote..this is very exciting news and i will keep everyone posted happy new year jean-luc.
Do you have an address for his website?
Given those stated plans, I would encourage Mr. Camp to grant Wayne or Jean-Luc an interview (which would be his first since 1997), and publish a recent photo (which would be a first since.... the late 1980s!?) Both would be excellent PR moves.
Wayne personally knows him. I don't.
But may be we could all suggest here questions to ask to Jon.
Come on Jean-Luc - you are a Renaissance historian, archivist, and editor of "not one, but TWO, would you believe it" Renaissance fan sites. :-) Seriously, Mr. Camp should be seeking you out, not vice versa. In the meantime, Wayne can relay an interview request. Your idea to collaborate about questions in advance is a good one.
hi,i know we are all very excited about hearing from jon..i can only say with jons permission of course, what he would like us to know...jon has told me about the c.d. and has plans to come to the states sometime soon..i am waiting for a reply on which c.d he will be releasing...i do have plans to meet with him..although i am not a interviewer as our relationship is mostly musical in nature.if and when the time does come i will do my very best to find out all i can and mabey even get some pixs. promise...regards.
as of this writing, jon says it is cathedral.he is doing the cover art work himself..he is also working on a solo c.d..which he is doing at his home studio J.C studios...i have asked for some pixs of both then and now..so,im waiting to hear back..regards.wayne..
